Established, 1976 in Taipei, Taiwan as an engineering oriented, high-end driver & system manufacturer to international markets. While keeping manufacturing in Taiwan, Kuosheng built another factory in Panyu, PRC in 1996 to enable better value to our customers without compromising quality.
Kuosheng remains devoted to Asia's high-end transducer, ribbon and system OEM/ODM supplier to the international markets. (Strictly OEM)
Kousheng specializes in manufacturing high performance transducers for most applications; High-end stereo, home theater, plasma TV, Pro Audio & KTV. Unique to Kuosheng is our ribbon technology 100% manufactured in-house.
Kuosheng's strategic partner is a domestic enclosure manufacturer enabling thorough cooperation in completing real wood veneer, aluminum extrusion and Pro-Audio systems. Full turnkey systems completed, packed and shipped from Kuosheng.
1. In 2002, KOU SHENG obtained QS9000 quality system certificate. We make sure to achieve perfect products and service quality from the beginning of working quality , engineering technology quality and processing quality.
2. APQP&CP(Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan) is running through the whole development of design, producing and feedback process to make sure that customers' demand are embodied in the achieving process at any time.
3. FMEA(Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis ) uses DFMEA and PFMEA to prevent the possible mistakes.
4. MSA (measurement system analysis) can make sure the mea
sured data is correct. It's the basis of science policy decision .
5. SPC(Statistical Process Control) analyzes the pattern of the processing data to guarantee the process capacity and quality.
6. PPAP(（Production Part Approve Process) lets the customers to see the quality and gets approval from the customers of the control emphasis from material samples to production samples.
